RULES

These rules are here to keep things fair, safe, and enjoyable for all users.

Guests/Payments/Check In/Check Out

All who come to Camp Cameron are considered guests. ALL guests / customers / visitors must check in at the office and pay the appropriate fees. Guests who do not check in will be asked to leave. There are no exceptions.

  • Check-in is no earlier than 12:00 PM for RVs and Campers.

Check-in

Check-OUT

  • Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the date of departure. Later check-outs require an additional fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Sites/Site Request

  • We are happy to take requests for sites and do our best to honor them, however ALL sites are on a first come, first served best available basis, and at no time are site requests guaranteed. Do not change assigned site without office approval.

  • Each site rented includes 1 RV, 2 other vehicles and 4 people per site. Additional charges will apply for additional vehicles and people..

Cancellation

  • Camp Cameron - RV Park and Glamping is a destination park and all reservations are final.

  • No phone cancellation resulting in a no show = 1 day charge.

Pet Policy

Camp Cameron is a dog-friendly RV park and cabin destination, and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets.

• Pets are allowed in rooms and cabins with a $50 pet fee per pet
• A maximum of 3 pets per site is allowed
• All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
• Pets may not be left unattended outside your RV or cabin
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately
• Pets should not be tied to trees or left unattended
• Aggressive dogs or aggressive breeds are not permitted in the park
• Excessive barking, digging, or disruptive behavior is not allowed

For the safety and comfort of all guests, management reserves the right to refuse or require removal of any pet that causes a disturbance.

Swimming Pool Rules

  • No Lifeguard on duty

  • ALL children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult

  • No food/glass inside swimming area

  • All Personal items must be taken when leaving pool area or when swimming is completed

  • Swim at your own risk

  • Public use hours are the same as the campground office hours

  • Private use hours (for registered and resident overnight guests ONLY): 9:00am – 9:00pm

Camp Cameron and RV Resort General Information

Things To Notes

• Please dispose of cigarette butts properly; do not leave them on the ground or in fire pits
• Park speed limit is 9½ MPH at all times
• Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles
• Motorized vehicles are not permitted on trails

Quiet Hours & Alcohol Policy

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Please be respectful of fellow guests during quiet hours
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted if consumed responsibly
• Management may restrict alcohol use in common areas if needed
• Alcohol should be kept in cups, koozies, or non-glass containers
• Glass containers are not allowed in common areas

Sewer & Septic System Use

• Please do not place rags, ashes, clothing, diapers, wipes, or any other non-approved items into the sewer or septic system
• Powdered soaps are not permitted, as they can damage the system
• Guests are responsible for any damage or clogs caused by improper use
• Repair costs resulting from misuse may be charged to the guest

  • Right to Refuse Service

    • Camp Cameron reserves the right to refuse service to any guest
    • Guests who do not follow park rules or policies may be asked to leave
    • Any unused site fees or credits will be forfeited if a guest is removed

*Consequences for not following these park rules will be an immediate removal from the park.

Camping Etiquette

Whether you’re a seasoned camper or visiting for the first time, we ask all guests to be mindful of campground etiquette. A little common courtesy goes a long way in keeping Camp Cameron enjoyable for everyone.

Please take a moment to review and respect all campground rules. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask our team for clarification. These rules are in place to protect our guests, the campground, and the surrounding environment.

Courtesy Guidelines

Respect other guests’ space by walking around campsites, not through them
Keep noisy games and activities limited to the playground or designated recreation areas
Please observe campground quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Remember that voices, music, and radios carry farther than expected in the evening

Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

Please pack out what you pack in and leave your campsite cleaner than you found it
Campground facilities are shared spaces; help keep them clean for everyone
Dumpsters are provided for proper trash disposal
Black water must be disposed of properly and may not be dumped in the lake, streams, or on the ground

General Information

Rates & Stay Policies

• Camp Cameron offers daily, weekly, and extended (monthly) RV stays
• Daily and weekly rates include water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and electric
• Extended stay (monthly) rates include water, sewer, and Wi-Fi
• Electric for extended stays is billed separately based on actual metered usage
• There is no additional charge for 30-amp or 50-amp service

Guest Agreement Notice

• All stays at Camp Cameron are provided under a site services agreement
• Guests do not establish tenancy or leasehold rights by staying at the park
• All guest privileges may be revoked at any time for failure to follow park rules or policies
• Failure to make required site payments may result in immediate removal from the park
• Nonpayment for services may be subject to penalties under Texas Penal Code 31.04(b) – Theft of Service
